Resort a North Coast

“This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just...

“The property is so beautiful and clean”

“There are few complaints but we did have tiny ants in our room. This is a carribean issue but i did ask for this to be rectified twice and was told the room would be sprayed. It was not. Tip; dont leave any food or drink out not even crumbs. Having said that there were ants in the bathroom also.”

“Assolutamente consigliato! Non abbiate alcun timore a dormire nella giungla, non ci sono insetti o animali di nessun genere. Il personale è gentilissimo e le camere stupende.”

“Resort con enormi potenzialità ma lasciato troppo andare a partire dagli arredamenti (veramente di scarsa qualità e vecchi) al cibo (scarso in qualità e nell assortimento) per finire con il personale( il più delle volte scortese e ridotto numericamente). Unico punto a favore è la spiaggia e il mare ( veramente stupendo) ed è stato per questo che ho scelto questo hotel. Secondo la mia opinione la proprietà non merita questa location perché se ristrutturato ..questo hotel sarebbe favoloso.”

“Gave a mid review on property maintenance since our building suffered a power loss for around 2 hours during the night and maybe around 3 hours the following day in the evening. There was no communication from the staff so that was disappointing but it was eventually resolved. Everything else was great. That alone spoiled the trip. If the issue is permanently fixed or at least the staff would be more forthcoming, I'd definitely recommend.”
