Hotel vicino a North Cross Mall - Austin

“Separate restroom for the basic room, had everything I needed for a couple nights. Bed, tv, restroom in my room, hangers, A/c, bath towel. Thanks for the stay!! Also it’s off the freeway in north Austin”

“I had a total on 5 rooms neither were cleaned during our 7 night stay. Just excuses after excuses.”

“We stayed here four nights, two of those nights there were two different couples literally screaming at each other in the hall. There was a broken down pickup truck with flat tires and a car in the parking lot on jacks with no tires. The carpeting in the halls was filthy and the room maintenance was terrible. Everything was old and worn out and there were holes in the shower curtains.”

“My bed was infested with roaches although it appeared to be clean and made up. The room had a roach infestation. Apart from that, the rooms looked renovated, modern and good looking for the price.”

“Hotel room reeked of alcohol and cigarettes. There was a completely naked boy standing on the balcony when I pulled up to park. Someone kept banging on my hotel door late at night. I did not feel safe. Hotel advertised that breakfast was provided when booking. However, when went to the lobby for breakfast I was told the hotel stopped serving breakfast months ago.”

“We walked into the room and it was a complete mess, with an unmade bed and trash on the floor. Walked back to the front desk and said the room was unacceptable. Instead of offering a different room, the desk clerk offered us a refund immediately, but said that because it was booked through a 3rd party (Expedia), there would be an extra step in the refund process. “Checked in with two kids under 3 & my husband for Father’s Day weekend. It was around 10pm and we had just drove for hours, expecting our hotel and room to be comfy and ready for us to sleep in. I requested a crib when I made the reservation, & when I reminded them at the front they said they’d bring one in right away. We get into the room and it’s extremely humid - the AC was not working. Fast forward another 30 minutes, at this point it’s almost midnight, my babies are crying, and no word from...

“Location was excellent. Nice relatively quiet area. The pull out bed was not clean though when we went to make the bed up for the kids. It was too disgusting to use so the kids all ended up either sleeping on just the couch cushions or piling into one bed.”
