“Room was gross. Dirty cooking utensils from previous guest. Oily fingerprints on microwave. Heater was in a closet at the foot of the bed. Closet door wouldn't stay closed so I had to listen to the heater groan off and on all night. There are NO STAFF ON SITE. You have to text staff off-site it you need help. The desk was ridiculously damaged. The only upside that kept me from leaving 1 star - they granted me late checkout. But then housekeeping kept harassing me to leave even tho I had late...
