“When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all. They said there was parking for trailers and showed a large parking lot but thats not the one for trailers we had to park about 2 miles away and walk back. “Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. ”

“No breakfast. Room was ok. Staff not helpful. Air conditioning didnt work so maint worked on it didnt offer to move to another room. Woke up at 4 am and no air. Terrible night. Booked because Expedia rated it 9.2. Shouldve been rated very low. Wont choose it again”

“Great lodge in an amazing little mountain town. It was quiet the week I was there so it was perfect for me. Inn keepers were friendly and communication was great.
