“The house was clean and I was happy with the area it was in, it was tucked away back off the main road which was nice. The host was super friendly and helpful answering questions!”

“House is super cute, has everything you need, and in a very peaceful setting. Wish we had time to sit out on the deck and enjoy the neighborhood, but we were on the go all the time. Easy access to Knoxville to drive yourself and Ubers were quick and no problem at all on game day.”

“Traveling for our son’s wedding & had a few family members staying with us. The property was exactly as described! It’s more space than we originally thought, even parking. The owners were quick to respond if we had any questions. Home was clean, neighborhood quiet & close to everywhere we needed to go for our celebration. Would definitely book home again!”

“Beautiful home and perfect for our family vacation. Peaceful and private, but just a short drive to city entertainment. The horses visiting each night were beautiful to watch and we loved feeding them cut up apples. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs who had a safe, large, fenced in area to run and play. Heather was a great hostess! Only thing I would note is bring your own paper products as while there is some available it is limited, so if you have a lot of people and plan to be...

“Very cute place to stay! Room is large wirh fridge and microwave, bathroom is nice, shower is big-just an over all great place! Will definitely stay when I come back! Sherri is super sweet-fantastic host!”

“This was a great property. We found the outside spaces to be very comfortable since we had a lot of rain. The house is very comfortable as far as seating and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Had a great stay.”

“This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby.
