“Stunning townhome - beautiful and clean, true to the pictures. Perfect for my daughter and I as we toured UT and traveled into Sevierville. Ryan was an excellent host, check-in process was smooth. Would definitely book again if back in the area.”

“Cute little place that is perfect for the kiddos. The clubhouse was adorable and the house and back yard were great. We had a little trouble getting checked in, but got it figured out.”

“The place was clean and cozy. The host very nice and had great communication all through the process. We got to Knoxville early and they let us come early which was quite nice. Our dog felt at home there. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Once inside the place was nice could definitely use a deep clean ! The outside of the property does not look at all like the listing - it needs some love outside - there are dead plants and foliage everywhere- many many begs and cobwebs and broken chairs - holes in fences if you have a pet you need to get creative to board over -”

“Great house! Super conscientious to campus and town. Loved it and will be back!”

“Love the house and the neighborhood. Perfection ”

“Very cozy stay. Group of 9. Everyone slept comfortably. Great location to everything we did around Knoxville.”

“It was clean and decorated very cute. It does need a few things to make it more comfortable. I would suggest two nightstands in all three bedrooms and better access to plug your phone in beside the one nightstand. You can actually purchase lamps that have USB ports in them or extension cords. I also recommend a dresser or cabinet in each bedroom to put your stuff on. There was nothing…everything had to be laid on the floor. This is a house that sleeps up to eight people and you only had a 4 cup...

“It was perfect for the marathon weekend! Great location to the race and downtown!”
