“Clean rooms, helpful staff”

“We liked the coziness of the lobby and the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The room is very modern and clean with updated bathroom and walk-in shower. No towel hooks on the bathroom walls, however which made it awkward. Our biggest disappointment was the dining room being closed for cleaning during breakfast hours.”

“we loved the beds and they were so very comfortable. The staff was amazing except for letting us know that breakfast ended at 9 AM instead of 10 AM during the week so we missed the first breakfast but made it the other days.”

“The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.”

“The place was very nice and relaxing. The gentleman who owns the place is definitely a gentleman. He brought my heavy baggage downstairs to my car. What a nice man. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
