“I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. “We got up to our floor and our key didn’t work. Which normally is no big deal but it was VERY busy and one elevator wasn’t working. So to go down and get something and then wait 10 min for an elevator was a pain. Clean good breakfast. ”
