Hotel a North Oaks

“Good location, staff attentive, comfortable beds, clean. Would have been nice if a bottle of water was in the room. Breakfast sufficient. Laundry room was out of commission so that was a little disappointing for me. Other than that, I would stay there again if I was in the area”

“Some check-in woes, and very thin floors which made sleep difficult. Good for a basic airport stay.”

“The property is well maintained and it has been recently renovated. The only thing that does not make sense to me is for example that the bathroom floor and vanity are renovated but the bath tub is old and all faucets are old. The bathroom door is also the old one all damage at the bottom by the water. No idea what this means.”

“This property was a mess from the start check in took well over 20 minutes our room was accidentally charged to another guest, they charge for parking even for guests. The hotel smelled terrible as soon as you walk in the room was musty not even complimentary waters were provided. The bed squirmed so bad every time you move, the freeway was under construction right outside the window very lout banging starting at 7 am lasting until 5 pm”

“The room was very clean. I’m so glad I didn’t have to ask for clean sheets and blankets. The lady with the dark curly hair was nice. The one with the ginger hair not so warm. The man during the night seemed a bit overwhelmed. The breakfast staff were nice and confident. That was nice to see.”
