“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The problems started the moment we walked in. The entire hotel smelled like sewage, and the odor was overwhelming. We checked into our room hoping it would be better, but it was even worse. The room was filthy. There was a dead cockroach under the table, mold growing on the blinds and above the AC unit, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months—it was covered in black grime. The...

“Our room was not properly cleaned. Trash let behind under sink. Dusty everywhere, hair of other people were caught and left on Mirror and tables. Safety pins were left on bottom of end table in main room. Mosquitos or something were flying everywhere. A huge brown spider in shower on my Bathe towel when I got up in the morning and was going to take a shower, and I felt grossed out. We questioned quickly if our bed was even cleaned and placed with new clean sheets. We were VERY disappointed.”
