“We stayed with a group of 20 people, it was a perfect home for entertaining, was absolutely amazing to decide with so much fun deceiving at the kitchen area and the living room room was both accommodating for a large group of people. The house was so beautiful. The pillows and beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. I would love to come again.”

“I booked this stay, picked travelers insurance (which covered nothing) and was unable to go. I reached out explain I was traveling with my elderly mother and due to the flood watch and serve rain expected she didn’t feel safe. Went back and fourth with numerous emails. I asked if they could not give me a refund would they please give me a future credit. They said no refund no credit due to it being in time frame to my stay. “When I crawled into bed at 10:30pm after having finally gotten my infant to sleep - the bed was soaking wet. Not just the sheets. The pillows, duvet etc were all WET. They also had a strong chemical smell to them. I was exhausted so I emailed over vrbo then fell asleep on the couch. I woke up the next morning to the suggestion that I dry the sheets myself (note, they smelled bad). They did not offer to make this right in any other way. I said this was not an ok response and then also mentioned...
