I’d recommend for a couple or family with a small child unless primarily eating out, since there is only 2 stools in the kitchen. There is a small garden where we enjoyed grilling and eating outside when the weather was good as well. “Steve is an exceptional host. The cottage is clean and has a nice, open, airy feel. We had all the amenities we needed. Steve has a nice attention to detail, stocking all necessary items for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood in a nice area.”

“Cute little ranch just down the street from the main road in Gloucester. Slept 4 adults comfortably and had everything you needed. Mile Marker One restaurant is within a half of a mile as well as a nice gas station/convenient store. Nice outdoor seating to watch the boats while having a drink. Under 3 mi from Hammond Castle and about 15 mi from Rockport and Salem.”
