Quando siamo arrivati siamo andati alla reception, era sera e in fianco alla piscina c'era un focolare acceso, il locale reception è colazioni, molro accogliente, con sala biliardo e freccette, e un telescopio 🔭 che più che altro era di bellezza, tutto circondato da vetri e quindi immaginate il panorama la mattina.. “Great property and great customer service ! The room was very clean and smelled great, bed was super comfy and there was a target and restaurants right around the corner ! We were about 15 minutes from Salem and about 30 from Boston so it was a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again ! ”

“Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was...

“The staff there are amazing; they are very friendly and helpful! When I called regarding late check in, John stayed on the phone to offer great suggestions on scenic alternative routes to also avoid heavy traffic. When we arrived, John provided recommendations for nearby dining for dinner. The room was clean and suited our needs. Moreover, the dining staff at breakfast answered all our questions and provided excellent, attentive service. ”
