“The pull out bed had blood on it. Absolutely gross didnt realise till it was midnight and had to he up at 5am. So gross. Also booked a suite with 2 beds and a pull out bed and got 1 bed and a pull out bed. Not what i ordered.Pool was nice and warm.”

“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

“The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've indulged in. Didnt try the pool but looked nice. Room and hallway had a little goofy smell but it goes away after being in it for a minute or so. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. And I had the jacuzzi I'm my room and it was amazing. Room was really clean. Tv was pretty good, and all the other amenities work as they should. And they had big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. And it's located in a descent...

“Location is excellent for access to facilities on Patriot Blvd and Glenview. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and staff are helpful. As this area is away from downtown Chicago, a car (or rental car) is useful for getting around, such as going to a restaurant.”
