“BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE. We were there for four nights. Not enough fresh fruit. Oatmeal was gluey, really bad. The "scrambled eggs" - just no. Some kind of pale omelet thing with no cheese - and no description! Mushy potatoes. Soggy muffins. I mean, come on now. It was pitiful. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to”

“My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary & his birthday. Check-in was a breeze & she took care of us because she gave us such a nice view of the pond behind their property! Loved it! We ordered from their on-site restaurant and they got to our room in 15 minutes and even brought our food in the room which was lovely! The pool/hot tub was amazing!! Loved it, will definitely be back!!! ”

“Room and beds were fine. The pool was disappointing. It was dirty - there were hairs and flecks of dirt and skin visible all over the surface of the water. Poor filtration system. No showers, toilets or changing rooms in the pool area. No complimentary coffee. There was no yoga mat in the gym. The breakfast was not included and was very expensive plus the staff expected a gratuity for service. The staff was generally friendly and the location is good for those wanting to visit the botanical...
