“Staff was rude upon checking in. Elevator wasn’t working so had to walk upstairs. No compensation for the inconvenience and no explanation offer to refund and allow us to book elsewhere. Some lights on n room didn’t work. Shower faucet was very loose. Definitely will not stay there again!”
