“This was great place to stay off of 95 for the night in Gainesville with dogs. it is several stories high but with fast elevators wasn't issue with dogs even though we were on a higher floor. very clean, quiet, and comfortable. breakfast is top notch. didn't charge us anything for the dogs so that was very nice. “Location was great 2 blocks from the beach.. no beach views from the rooms tho. The breakfast was convenient and being able to rent the beach chairs. There was a bad odor in our room. The front desk was notified and I was told housekeeping would check into it. ( it smelled like vomit in the corner of the room) we came back and they room was cleaned but still had odor. We couldnt use the fridge due to it having a bad odor as well.. i dont know if it was a smell that lingered but it was also the...

“I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”

“We stayed for spring break for three nights April 6-8 and unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with us so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities but the pool tiki bar and fire pit area all looks great. It was just way too windy and cold for us to really experience them :( Staff was very friendly upon check-in and at the restaurant during breakfast. ”
