“Hotel nuovissimo in zona di recente urbanizzazione vicinissimo a ristoranti e centro commerciale, affacciato a un laghetto e soprattutto non sembra di essere a Reno che è solo positivo. Pulito, accogliente, camere spaziose, buona colazione.”

“It's 20 years outdated. Oldest TV's ever. No fridge. Lady at the front desk is always in a bad mood. You can tell the owners are happy just taking people's money and not trying to make it a better place ”

“Parking was tight front desk worker was inconvenienced by taking my money, room had broken lock (panel was open and wires hanging out) and broken shower with almost no water pressure. I’ve stayed in a lot of budget priced hotel rooms and this one ranks in my top five worst experiences. Would not recommend ”

“No refrigerator or microwave, surprise cash deposit so I had to pay an ATM fee for no good reason. Someone knocking loudly at 5am for 20 minutes next door yelling to open the door. Morning employee told me that my complaints were putting her in a bad mood and I need to leave and never come back. Literally the worst hotel experience that didn't involve roaches I've ever had.”

“I stayed here for a whole week. The place is pretty, but the main reason we booked this hotel instead of another one was because of the jacuzzi… and honestly that ended up being the biggest disappointment. It’s way too small for how many guests there are. We literally waited hours hoping two or three people would leave so we could finally get in, but people would just stay there forever and weren’t very considerate about others waiting. Out of our entire 6-day stay, we were only able to use it...

“Nicely renovated hotel that accommodates dogs, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are cute, but very small. Shower has glass walls so your partner can watch you I guess. Loud AC, but is better than no AC. Only has a tea kettle and instant coffee in the room, but it was good. ”
