“I feel that cookware was in need of replacement, i.e., scratched teflon, pans that had seen many years of service etc. Cutlery, dishes, glasses very nice and abundant. Kitchen comfortable to work in, kitchen tablechairs a bit crowded. Bedrooms very comfortable,clean, quiet.Overall homey feel, excellent location !”

“House is small and tidy. It is close to Intermountain Hospital which was important to us. The owner will not put up a mailbox and USPS Murray will not hold mail for general delivery so it was not possible to get mail for the month we resided there which was inconvenient. The bed only had a waterproof mattress covering with no pad so it could have been more comfortable. But the dogs were safe in the fence and that was imortant.”

“The property was super close to I15, so it was easy to zip around salt lake city, but it was in a cozy area where you could walk around Lehi. I would definitely recommend”

“Parking was easy & secure. Privacy was vey good. Comfortable bed & everything we needed was provided.Only two issues: 1)body wash dispenser was not working. We had to reach in & scoop out body wash. 2) We had some difficulty with the entry lock. It took up to 3X before it finally opened.Otherwise, we enjoyed the unit very much. We would rent again in the future.”

“The apartment is clean and spacious for a one bedroom. There is a comfy bed, nice bathroom with good sized tub, and a little patio that was nice to watch the sunset from. ”
