“This is such a wonderful home to enjoy if you love being next to the ocean. The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. ”

“Fun vintage property. Great old Hollywood vibe.”

“Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. Will definitely come back if we go to Hollywood Bowl etc. The parking is a bit hard to navigate for a large SUV but manageable. The underground parking is a great safety feature. ”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the open layout and easy access to outdoors / pool. Location was great for daily hikes up the hill at the nearby park, just 1.4 miles away. We loved the access to daily great challenging hill walks! Ventura blvd offers some great sushi, boutiques and coffee houses. “Well designed property, very comfortable. Had a minor question and they answered within minutes. There is a sliding gate that secures your vehicle on the property. Lots of street parking was available ”

“very nice and cozy house , gently people, fantastic location, very close to everythings, very well equipded , the owner is very caind, the only problem internet is very low eand some times not working at all. Second problem but just for me, because i can sleep with to much light : no possibility close all the windows and the windows with courtains, are like as no courtains . To much light when arrive the sun. But i confirm is very good location.”
