“My only negative comment was the bed wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped for, otherwise everything from check in, to room location as well as property location was excellent! Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous and very helpful!”

“Overall this is a well maintained property with spacious rooms and some useful amenities such as a room fridge, a Starbucks and a restaurant-bar on site, small pool, and proximity to a shopping area and NOW Arena. The staff members were pleasant. Pretty much what you'd expect. Glitches: The WiFi didn't work very well and they tried to charge me for it even though I'm a Bonvoy member. “My room door lock was inoperative and had to be fixed. Telephone handset didn't work. Stayed 2 nights and the room wasn't made up for the second night. The breakfast was poor. Staff didn't seem to be well trained or interested in providing customer service.”

“Aging facility and maintenance seem to be lagging. Split unit was not heating despite a request to the front desk. Found that the bathroom sink spout was loose. TV is old with no access to the usual streaming sites. Next to the elevators was a number a garbage bags left by the maintenance(?) staff.”
