Hotel a Northwest Chicago

“Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a little lacking. Staff was nice.”

“Unreasonable staff, my team was stuck at 3 different airports and had to cancel trip. Hotel refused to work with us and we lost entire cost of hotel even though no fault of ours. Even after we offered first night cost, they refused rest of trip refund.”

“Photos are not at all accurate to property. The rooms were not what was pictured. The staff at the check in when shown the photo said I was looking at the wrong one and then showed him I was looking at the correct one. Also had paid for a deluxe king suite which was shown to be spacious when I got there it was a cramped room with a king bed and then a big Jacuzzi next to it and that entire room smelled damp was very unhappy with it. Will not be coming back.”

“We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff.”
