Hotel a Northwest Chicago

“I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return.”

“Hotel was not bad, room was clean. However, when we got to the hotel there were not lights on the outside everything was dark. And we have to wait until someone comes to open the door for us. ”

“Staff was not helpful at all, rooms are not restocked with towels daily. Asked for towels from room service and she said she couldn’t give me any even though she had a cart full of them. Front desk was not helpful either! Pretty basic hospitality request. ”

“The elevator is a little sketchy but the room was comfortable and the staff was helpful and nice ”

“I accidentally spilled some water while I was watering my pets, I used a washcloth to wipe it up and it came up just filthy. I don’t think they washed the floors.”

“Cute place with very easy to connect with owners, right by great shops and restaurants and along the river. ”

“Breakfast was good and paying was easy. Located near everything. Hot water at the coffee station normally cold after breakfast hours. They will replace with hot one when asked. ”
