“The lobby looks nice, but the room was dirty. It looked like it’s not maintained or clean. Saw a lot of spiderwebs in one of the rooms. It smell like cigarettes not the best experience the staff was OK but the rooms were poor.”

“Very nice hotel for the cost/location. Close to a lot of shopping/restaurants. The shower heads need to be cleaned better or replaced. Only thing that I saw that affected the cleanliness.”

“This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic.”

“We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff.”
