Hotel con bar a Northwest Chicago

“The hotel is beautiful. The staff seems like they are being forced to work there and hate their jobs. Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place.”

“I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected.”

“Charge me $190 for a room that the jacuzzi didn't even work oh didn't even work and then will help me told me I couldn't get my money back for the cheaper price for the regular King cuz the jacuzzi didn't work I hated that hotel please don't never send me back here again”

“Great place to stay. Great Pool and Hot tub, However the flooring by the pool/Hot tub was very slippery. My suggestion don't use the tile that is in there but a pool side rougher material. So you do not end up with a lawsuit from someone slipping. Other than that, we really were pleased with our stay.”
