Resort e hotel con spa a Northwest Chicago

“The place was not as pictured. There was bedbugs…YUCK!!! The pool and hot tub are similar to a public YMCA pool. The tub was stained, sink did not drain after calling twice, the rooms ac did not work and the place smells. Along with this, the ice machines on all the floors in one tower were not working. The housekeeping lady seems to be overworked and understaffed. I would not go back to this place if someone paid me to.”

“This is an excellent place to stay. Perfect location, beautiful grounds and amenities galore. Once there, you really have everything you need! Very clean, friendly staff, and great food!! The only thing I would suggest is a more updated and cleaner gym.”
