“Dirty carpet, hair on the towels, stained sheets, parking lot was not up kept. I travel pretty often in the Midwest and this was the worst. Holiday Inn should revoke the franchise membership of this property.”

“The star of the show was Ms/Mrs Lisa ! Lisa was very polite upon arrival and always greeted us when entering the lobby arriving for breakfast or leaving each day . I also overheard her acknowledging every guest that walked by . Our room was the king size and it was very clean and spacious! Bed was very comfortable . “This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic.”
