“The rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the doors felt extremely unsafe even when locked. The bathrooms kept clogging, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The staff was rude and completely unwelcoming, showing little to no concern for guests. The entire building looked poorly maintained and in bad condition. On top of that, the bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains and other suspicious marks on them, which was honestly disgusting and unacceptable. What was supposed to be...

“When I checked in, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach or clorox. The window was screwed shut so I had to sit in the room for an hour with the door open to air it out. After an hour I had to go out to get rid of a headache from the smell. I returned after midnight and the room still smelled. Tried to sleep through it but it was unbearable. The bed only had a thin top sheet, no ac/heater that I could see and the walls were so thin, I could hear everything above and next door. No towel rails...
