“The staff were very attentive and friendly. However, I believe more personnel are needed for the check-in process. During my stay, I waited more than 30 minutes to check in. The employees were very kind and professional, but the wait time could be improved with additional staff. I also think the Starbucks store could benefit from having more employees and a wider selection of products. That said, considering the prices, it was still a good experience overall.”

“L’hotel non è male, ottima posizione, pulizia e grandezza stanza. Ma non era chiaro che questa parte della struttura ha sia la porta di ingresso che l’unica finestra (non apribile) su un ballatoio. Quindi per non farsi vedere dentro da chi passa per andare altre stanze occorre stare con tende abbassate, quindi al buio e senza aria fresca.”

“Comodo per i parchi Disney, walking distance da disney spring e navetta per i parchi. Bella piscina, staff cordiale. ”
