“Clean/staff very friendly ”

“The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. It was by far the worst part of our stay and made us feel very uncomfortable. Because of the cleanliness issues, I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The house was well supplied with amenities, family friendly and it was very fun to use the pool and games. There’s a super Walmart and other shops close by.”

“The check in was a breeze, the staff were pleasant. There was a pool, looked very clean but I didn't use. The property outside was maintained and kept up well and good in good shape. Then I got into my room, although beds were made there were some serious problems. The room had cockroaches, due to my scheduling during my stay was unable to re-room. Now, although I didn't receive daily cleaning...I would've asked for that regardless. I really hope these cockroaches didn't come home with me.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. However, the room had a bit of a damp fill, and there's a parking fee that I wasn't aware of when booking.”

“We booked here because it was close to universal studios. But only one elevator worked and the staff was short handed at night, so buying anything from the little snack area took almost 40 minutes in a line. I also purchase items from the gift shop in the lobby and was charged for items I did not receive. When asked for an itemized receipt, the clerk began to act like she did not speak English. The hall ways are not air conditioned and they smell stale. The room was clean and housekeeping came...
