“The hotel in general was not clean at all. The floors look nasty and dirty. The room was even worse, didn’t feel clean. Paint all over the bathroom floor. The layout of the bathroom was horrible so uncomfortable sitting on the toilet, hard to even get the toilet paper. It took over 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Just not a comfortable stay at all. The first person who checked us in was not very pleasant but the other two ladies we came across at the front desk were very nice and helpful.”

“Bit of a dark room, but, large and clean. The hot tub wasn't functioning, which annoyed me because it's part of the reason I paid a bit more choosing this hotel! Also annoyed at having to pay for parking. And the parking garage roof is very low. Anyway. A "mid" experience... not terrible, not great...”
