“Location is very quiet but you hear the noise of the next door. No coffee maker is in the room. You have to use one microwave in the lobby. Connecting to wifi is complicated. Room is clean, bed is comfortable.”

“The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

“Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! ”

“They are renovating the 12 floor right on top of our room the drilling noise wake us up before 8 am. Also the mini fridge was not cold enough for the insulin, 2 ice machines were out of service I had to order to 7 eleven uber eats a bag of ice to make sure the medication didn’t go to waste”

“NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...

“Clean room nice staff”

“No the room was was 82° in the room. I sweated all night. I took four showers I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I slept in the living room because there was a ceiling fan. I thought the buffet breakfast was inclusive, but it was not. There was a struggle to get into the building with my luggage because the door was so heavy and I am disabled all in all it was ”
