“Our room was filthy. My husband went across the street to get Clorox wipes so we could sanitize the room. There was hair all over the bathroom. Our tub would not drain and I had to stand in standing water because we were in a hurry to get out in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and I will not be going back.”

“The hotel staff were superb! However, the Writers Room (restaurant) staff were horrible. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant were excellent, but they were having a bad night (long waits for service, food was late, cold, sent back, and still not right).
