Motel a Okanagan Valley

“We stayed at Siesta Suites for 5 nights while my partner played in a golf tournament. Overall, it was okay. We liked the location and the hot tub but had issues with the wifi. When booking, I had the impression that the rooms were more renovated than ours actually was. More details below. The location was great. “Great location. Right across from the beach. Walking distance to all the main attractions. They are reinvesting in the property to improve it. Stayed with two kids (10 and 13) in a partially updated room with a bunk bed. They joined two old rooms together which allowed for a lot of space. The mattresses were great, even in the bunk bed. We went in the pool to cool off and it was clean and enjoyable. Staff were really friendly at check-in.”

“Staff nice here but getting old and rundown. My room floor saw my socks get dirty right away. Cannot even get ice without paying 3 bucks. It was so loud around me past 11 pm and way early with screamy yelly kids up so early and moms with zero regards for others. SO I only stayed one of two nights booked and accepted the loss. Room was small too and I asked for quiet in advance and did not get that much quiet around me. ):”

“Sour taste in my mouth as I was charged more by the hotel than Expedia had told me. When I informed the Check In Clerk he advised me that he charges what Expedia sends him and I would have to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they tried to call the Motel and Expedia informed me that the call was answered and once Expedia identified themselves the Motel Clerk hung up the phone. Shows really poor Customer Service on the Motel. We won't be staying again as a result.”
