“Staff remembered us from 2 weeks ago Room was clean and comfortable Two weeks ago breakfast was good. This time the sausages, eggs and hash browns were lukewarm and dry. The hash browns were so dry that a knife wouldn’t cut them. You could snap them in half. ”
