“The hot tub damaged my swimsuit and irritated my skin. It also damaged my diabetic sensor from the imbalance of chemicals. Jerk bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom products were so poor even for hotel standards. The alarm block wasn’t functional and the wake up call I requested never came. ”

“The pool is disgusting. Probably has been clean in years. Full of hair. The deck was full of hair. Took my kids swimming there when they got out they’re covered in hair of other people. Hotel room seem perfectly clean. Check in clerks were very kind. However, while we were there, it was very loud kids running around up and down the halls, despite the 11 PM quiet time. The second night of this continued. I finally fell asleep at 11 PM through all the noise. At 11:15 p.m. I get a phone call on...

“The young man at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and explained things well. Our room was very nice and comfortable beds. The complementary breakfast is great. Lots of options. Eggs, hash browns, sausages, yogurts, bread, bagels, cereals, oj and more. The pool is small and unfortunately the water was a Rita’s to cool to enjoy. We would definitely stay again ”
