Hotel a Chute Lake

“It was awful. The room they put us in had an awful smell in in and I found out that there was a huge vomit in the corner that was not cleaned up. It was soaked into the dark carpet and splashed all over the wall. Absolutely disgusting. They did switch our rooms once I complained. Terrible experience. And then the hotel and management did nothing about it. I would not recommend this hotel. Not worth it. Find a better hotel. ”

“Once we found the hotel it was excellent. Using maps to get there we were directed to a different hotel. After speaking with staff we made it to the correct location but the name on the hotel had changed to the Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully clean and the staff were excellent! Highly recommended. ”
