“Excellent room, service and hotel in general. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool/hot tub was small but perfect for kids or adults looking for a quick dip. Restaurant on site has delicious Filipino food (as well as other food!). The free breakfast was fantastic with fresh made waffles and a huge selection of food! Great location as well close to restaurants , Walmart, Costco and tons of stores. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Breakfast was good and Hotel was clean, nice rooms. Only pain point is the parking, wish they had more underground parkings and some EV charging points in future under their amenities list. Location excellent, downtown and close to Kelowna waterfront. Kids loved the stay too, it was the presidential executive suite.”

“After the cleaning staff finished cleaning our room they left the door jarred open with the deadbolt. Was left unsecured for the entire day until we returned that evening. The TV didn’t work, even after advising the front desk staff it was not fixed.”
