“I was able to pay for the room. But when I arrived there were no cars. I rang the buzzer because the door was locked. Nobody came and the place looked to be under construction. It should not be on websites to rent if it isn’t open. I called the next numerous times. Got an answer once and was immediately hung up on when I asked if this was the motel. I wanted my money back since I was never able to check in. Even just a response would have been nice. The booking place called the facility and was...

“The room was clean and the air conditioning operated flawlessly but the room is horribly sparse. There was no coffee machine or hair dryer. There was no smoke detector in the room. Although I did have a visit from a rather large spider, there were no bed bugs. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows, only 3 for a king sized bed, and smaller pillows at that, were not very full. The grill on the bathroom fan was missing. The fridge was, however, an exceptional size and very cold. A microwave...
