“Very clean hotel…nice rooms with comfortable bed...great self serve breakfast…staff always available and friendly..great indoor pool with an outdoor area just off the pool area…the only thing I suggest is to have more water available with a less price… most ppl drink bottled water while traveling and the hotel was very expensive for a small bottle of water..”

“The property was clean and beautifully decorated. I chose the Hyatt because it had a swimming pool. I was told by family that it was a nice and very cold pool. Since it was hot out, that was a wonderful situation. They supplied towels out by the pool which was helpful. The desk staff was just OK. The staff working in the rooms was wonderful and helpful AND they spoke English- How nice!! However, the air conditioner in our room rattled and made noise all night. I was in a situation where I...

“Our room had a full chip bag from a previous guest in it. AC and curtains were pretty dirty and AC had exposed wires at the bottom. Shower didn’t drain properly. You were standing in dirty water quickly. We lost 4 hours of pool time in the evening when we were back from our event due to “maintenance” that was really just shooting promotional footage with a photographer and drone.
