“The property itself was great. Loved the vibes. But a noisy guest above me was shouting and stomping and dripping heavy objects and even dragging furniture at midnight and past midnight. I asked management to look into it twice. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I didn’t get any sleep. She didn’t offer anything for the disruption. This is a hospitality business and your job is to make people feel comfortable, understood, and offer a way to make it up to them....

“We arrived Thursday afternoon and we left Saturday morning. We ate at the Avery restaurant the whole time we were there. The staff was incredible and the manager, John, took care of everything. The whole place was like being with a family. The valet parking men were also great and very helpful. We will definitely go back if we get the opportunity.”

“Clerk was friendly but given no information about the property. Discovered only one restaurant is open Monday through Wednesday! Not even the pizza restaurant was open. Only breakfast was a Starbucks with food they microwaved. Pool bar was open and friendly staff. Inside bar closed at 9 pm. Had a nice dinner at The Summit on Thursday night. Room was noisy. Could hear people walking above us. Bathtub needs replaced. Bathroom door was hard to close due to sticking across floor. If you golf it...
