“Did not have a room for us set aside despite two months reservations. Were sent to an occupied room twice. Staff checked a third room which was open. Room had a plywood covered window. Room was clean but not much furniture. Messed up reservation was inexcusable. The rest was a hotel that didn’t live up to its online reputation. ”

“We stayed here in 2023 for an anniversary trip to go see Shania at the BOK; it was so convenient so I knew when we had another concert to attend at the BOK we definitely wanted to stay at the same hotel. It definitely doesn't disappoint & I 10/10 recommend. Will most definitely be staying for all future BOK concerts. ”
