“This property has an ongoing bug issue that is not being addressed properly. I have had crews staying at this property for a few months now, the third floor where the kitchenettes are seem to be the only floor that doesn't currently have a bug issue. We have addressed it numerous times with the staff and the crews are moved to other rooms temporarily. Each week the crews return it is the same thing, check in, find there is a bug problem then move rooms. When i spoke with the property this...

“I missed the call they made to me the afternoon before I left. But they called again the day after I was already in Oklahoma around noon to tell me they had a plumbing issue and would not have a room for me. So I didn't stay.”
