“Older property but easy access to our room which we were told was newly remodeled and was a smoking room. We informed the host that we didn't smoke and was told that even though it was a designated smoking room, no one had smoked in it since the remodel. The room had a very strong cigarette odor so be sure to only accept a non-smoking room if that is an issue. ”

“When I arrived to check in I found the office was closed and sign in window stating no more rooms. When the number on the sign was called the owner or whoever worked there said they would arrive in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes from the time I arrived until someone showed up.
