Hotel in zona Old River-Winfree, Dayton

“Nice place to stay. They don't serve breakfast but there are places nearby.”

“Great clean newly built place. The AC leaked the first night and they moved us to a new room for the rest of our stay. Great place but the breakfast options were atrocious. Juice, bread, stale pastry and oatmeal packets. None of it was fresh. I would have loved to see something fresh just to cut through basically bread. We will stay here again but know we will not get breakfast”

“Honestly wouldn’t recommend but if you’re on a budget, it’s okay. To start, we walked into our room with the whole floor wet and a huge puddle. There were grimy and rusty marks all over the walls. Holes along sides of outlets and fixtures. Pieces of paint/wallpaper ripped or damaged. Had to plug in all appliances, phone, alarm clock, fridge, and microwave. The microwave looked like it had blown up prior to our arrival. Tried to turn it on and it smelled like burnt popcorn. Provided coffee...

“Very clean, manager was very helpful with any questions..we extended our visit for another week. Close to Walmart and dollar tree. We had a kitchen net which is great, but bring all your own pops,pan. We would come back.”

“It's pet friendly and has plenty nearby but that's where the pros end, but you do get what you pay for tho everything else is really bad. If you look around you can tell what happens around there”

“Stayed here because it was close to the hospital. Very nice rooms and clean. The only thing is it had a weird smell to it when turning on the AC. Other than that very nice place.”
