“The Expedia website for The Charles Hotel heavily promotes a deep soaker tub as being a feature of a Premium Room, and I switched to this hotel specifically for this reason. I immediately advised the front desk of my disappointment, and I was advised that Premium rooms do not have such tubs (I double checked the Expedia website at the time, the tub was still prominently advertised). I checked The Charles website, looks like only one of their 12 rooms has such a tub. Also, this hotel does not...
