“Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! ”

“Room was dirty, dusty, and old. Bathroom doorknob falling off. Pool was murky. Floors were dirty. Only stay here if you’re trying to save money and can’t afford anything ended.”

“The rooms are nice we stay here when visiting Disneyland, the only down side is that the halls are very loud and will wake you up, as well as the people upstairs, you could hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!”

“I’ve stayed there before and this stay was slightly different than the last one. I didn’t have hot water in the shower, it was barely warm enough. Also from this room you could hear the pipes draining, I’m assuming from whenever toilets in the above floors were flushed. Other than that, it’s a nice place and will still book in the future.”

“The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room.”

“We had a multi bedroom, my husband our 3 kids, and myself. The pool was clean and in the morning it was heated the kids loved that part. We used the hot tub it was clean and enjoyable. Kids said they would of liked more coverage instead of the see through glass. Breakfast was amazing. The kids loved they were able to make there own walffle and egg sandwich. They had so many options and 6am to 10am. Room and bathroom was clean. Everything worked. Only "complaints" was the soap and lotion...
