“Front desk staff, with the eyebrow piercing hates her life and her job apparently. Rude, unprofessional, & non apologetic about it.”

“The folks that own and manage this property are exceptionally nice and hardworking. Very impressive. They are new owners within the past year or so. ”

“This is a great location to at: you are on the main road, there is a gas station on the corner of one of the roads to the hotel, and everyone was kind and helpful. I would stay here again so I wouldn't have to deal with the traffic in Appleton.”

“On arrival the outside grounds could have been better kept. I was greeted by a young man who I later found out was the general manager Andre. My face/eyes were swollen due to allergies. I asked Andre if any pets have been in the room assigned to me and he assured me that no pets have been in that room and even took me to the room to be sure. The room was clean, and smelled fine, and I didn’t sneeze upon entry, so I was happy.”

“Don’t stay here unless like smoked smelling rooms, dusty furniture and a bathroom I would use the shower for even my pets. The pool is closed , very dirty. I drove home instead of staying here.”

“I selected this hotel primarily because side it had a pool because we were driving a long distance with young children. We got all checked in BEFORE the clerk told us the pool was “closed for maintenance.” Then there was someone getting arrested outside of our room in the middle of the night……..would NOT recommend this hotel”

“Fresh and clean room with great bed and plenty of pillows. Good water pressure in the shower. Have stayed here several times and it is my go to when flying in to Appleton”

“It was absolutely disgusting, whatever you do don't lift the mattress up, you will find garbage everywhere!!! Don't try to use a shower, its broken and water sprays everywhere!!! And when you check out, be prepared!! There will be at least 6 workers standing right outside your door waiting for you to leave (not even 2 seconds after we checkout out) we had a few bags left to get into the van and all the workers from that hotel were all right outside my door in-between the door and my van,...

“I stayed here not as a golfer, and it was nice. Comfortable, safe, and clean. Nice continental breakfast with microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and the usual fare. Bistro within walking distance. Easy drive to whatever you'd like to see or do in Waupaca or environs. Would stay again!”
