“I perpaid with with Expedia, when I checked in they took my credit card for incidentals and doubled changed me for the room again. I even called the same night and advised them of the error, the font desk rep stated she would make the corrections and never did. I have left several messages for the manager, Jason and no call back yet. It's been over 30 days and I'm still waiting for my refund.”

“The room was visually clean. Unfortunately the floors were gross walked on them barefoot and when I climbed into bed all dirt ended up at the foot of my bed on my sheets. Never came by for the 3 days to bring us towels or change sheets. The fridge leaked water all over the floor first night. Our TV didnt have volume coming out.
