“The room was dirty. The floors, the walls, the bathroom all dirty. There was stink bugs in the rooms. The only reason we didn’t leave and just drive home was because of the severe weather. The pool was also dirty and appeared very cloudy. ”

“Small pool, breakfast was less than blah and never changed, but rooms were big and nice shower. House keeping would take dirty towels, but not restock them. Did not restock toilet paper or tissues. No pool towels available, they gave you wash clothes in place of them. ”

“We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days.
The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us.”

“The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel.”
