“Awful ”

“Courteous staff, room clean”

“Place is clean and updated. It’s a great value and there are several nice restaurants near by. No elevator so if you have a lot to carry ask for the first floor They have a free breakfast but it is not much. Coffee was good, orange juice. Etc. mostly cold cereal and milk. ”

“Very nice welcome. I had forgot my phone charger and they had an extra one in the office that I could borrow.”

“When I got there, no greeting the desk. Checked in, elevators broken and the one we could take was sketch. Get to our room, and the housekeeping has sheets in the hallways for most of the night. Pool was freezing. Hot tub was cold as ice. We asked for pool help, but didn’t get any. The hotel overall was dirty, unkept, and staff was not very nice. The gaming area took the kids money. I do not recommend staying here. ”

“Our bathroom door would not shut, the sink leaked and they would not give discount for this. Also breakfast was slim.”

“Smoke detector in room was sitting on the dresser, bugs in bathroom, mold under mat in bathtub, no extra lock on door, pool was closed when we got there. Believe they had a lot of ppl complain so they reopened it, breakfast food half the time was cold. ”

“The room was not clean. Screws were missing from items in the bathroom. Drops of soap left on bathroom counters. It was family friendly. Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. I wish there was a microwave in the room. ”

“The room was clean. Conviently located to Scooters Coffee, QT, and KU. The property was old and run down. The door to my room appeared to have been pried open in two places, and I could literally see daylight through the two disfigured areas of the door frame. The TV did not work. When I inquired about that after the first night I was told that the remotes sometimes dont work, and that I could manually turn it on by pressing a button on the TV itself, then the remote would work. “When we first walked into the lobby it smelled sooo clean. I was amazed. Got to our room and again. It was so clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff making the breakfast was extremely sweet. Even told us to take a muffin for our journey back home. Our room was one of the best I've ever stayed in. ”

“The room decor was awesome. The bar was great as well. It was very clean and the shower and bed were excellent. The only issue was the air conditioner was very loud. ”
