“E' un albergo a 5 stelle la cui caratteristica è quella di essere una "casa" trasformata in albergo. Camere e luoghi in comune altamente personalizzati e fatti con molto gusto. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. E' a 3 minuti a piedi da Harrods, 7 minuti dal Victoria and Albert museum, Museo di storia naturale e della scienza.”

“Loved the location and the graciousness of the flat. A bit shabby chic but it enhanced the overall feel of the apartment. Modern kitchen was appreciated. One note is that if one has any mobility issues, it’s a high step in and out of shower and can be a bit tricky. Thought the experience was just lovely.”

“Piccolo hotel in posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla metro e circondato da molti bar e ristoranti. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile, ottimo il ristorante sotto l’hotel. Camera grande per gli standard di Londra.”

“We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

“Beautiful hotel just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Everything was fine even though the service is still doubtful and inattentive. On Sunday Morning, a strong noise from the renovation disturbed my sleep and the hotel did not even apologize. Also watch out for the à la carte breakfast that is one of the most expensive I had in the World. 60 Pounds for an omlette and orange juice! This is ridiculous and inacceptable. I will never have brekafast again at this hotel.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an impressive winding staircase and fantastic glass chandeliers. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The attention to efficient design was noteworthy. That said, the bathroom was tiny, though highly functional. The included breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The neighborhood, just off Sloane Sq. worked out well for us, convenient to the tube and buses. Our last night we had terrific fish and chips at the pub The Antelope just a block...
